Collin Schiffli
Director
Collin Schiffli was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. From an early age, he developed a passion for drawing, music, and storytelling. By elementary school, he realized that he could combine all aspects of art in order to tell stories through filmmaking.
Throughout high school, Collin won multiple awards in fine arts. He also won "Best Feature Film" twice in a local film festival and finished sixth in the state of Indiana with a short film in the Project XL Farm Bureau Contest.
In 2005, Collin received the Presidential Scholarship to attend Columbia College Chicago. Over the course of his college career, Collin won multiple awards for films entered in Chicago area festivals. He recently completed two short films at Columbia: Ghostaphobia and Head Case, both co-written with his brother, Brandon. Collin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Directing and continues to pursue the art of filmmaking.
Brandon Schiffli
Screenwriter
Brandon Schiffli grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. For two years he attended the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne where he studied art and design and was honored with an outstanding showcase award. With his lifelong passion for art, Brandon was also passionate with filmmaking and storytelling and decided to pursue a concentration in screenwriting at Columbia College Chicago in 2005.
Brandon enjoys expressing his creativity with humor and spends his time writing thought-provoking comedy. He works closely with his brother Collin Schiffli, a film director. After graduating from Columbia College in 2008, Brandon spent a year working for Ben Stiller's Red Hour Films. Three of Brandon's short films have been produced at Columbia: Quarter 'til Two, Head Case and Ghostaphobia, two of which were directed by Collin.
Ben Atkinson
Producer
When Ben Atkinson tore apart his first computer and designed his first website at the age of 14, the Internet was still in the early years of dial-up. Ben's fascination with technology only grew from there. After designing several websites and other marketing materials throughout college, Ben graduated with a BA in Biology with Honors from Indiana University in 2007. He then went on to work in the Biotech Industry for the next three years before realizing that something was missing in his life. Ben made a bold move to reinvent himself, and resigned his position as a Molecular Biologist to found Night Phoenix Enterprises LLC, while also going back to school full time to pursue an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His primary responsibilites include managing the business and technical operations of the company, as well as producing film projects.
